ABOUT BEGIN AGAIN PILATES

I have always worked toward a personal goal of maintaining physical fitness. In 2020, I found Pilates and found my passion! I’m now a certified instructor in mat, reformer, chair, springboard, ladder barrel, spine corrector and Cadillac apparatus.

The name ‘Begin Again’ comes from labyrinths on Maui. They are a reminder that life is a journey. Everyone is on their own path, and it’s never too late to ‘Begin Again’!

My hope is that our paths cross, and that I can assist you on your journey to strengthen, recover, renew, realign, and work to achieve whatever your physical goal might be.
